Learn how to make fillo pastry 2 ways… and change your life forever!!!
In this class, in my home in Kew, Victoria, you will learn how to roll-your-own-fillo with a plastri and how to hand-stretch your own fillo too. You will make delicious Prasopita (leek pie) using the Dry/Plastri Method and Tiropita (cheese pie) using the Wet/Hand-Stretching Method.

You will then go home with 3 Prasopita logs and 2 Tiropita logs (ready to bake in a beautiful 42cm x 30cm aluminium rectangular pan), e-copies of the Prasopita and Tiropita recipes; your very own Greek rolling pin; and a heart filled with the joy of learning new skills!

Please read the following before purchasing a spot in my class:
– There are only 4 participants in each class, so that you can get lots of one-on-one coaching while you learn to make-your-own fillo
– Participants in the class must be 14 years of age or older
– The class runs for 4 hours from 10:00am to 2:00pm
– Please bring along an apron, lots of patience and a persevering spirit!

You will enjoy some prasopita during the class and some tiropita at the conclusion of the class.

The cost of the class is $275.

Once you purchase your spot in the class, there are no refunds. You can transfer to a future class with a full week’s notice (by the end of the day on the previous Sunday) or you can offer your spot to a friend at any time.

BONUS: Once you take one of my fillo classes, you can then attend my free monthly Sunday Morning Fillo Club sessions. These are online events that I host on the first Sunday of each month from 9-11am AEST from February – November, for my fillo students, so they can practise and refine their skills with my support. Each month I send out an email to all my students with the session details.
