Christine was amazing! It’s a fantastic class where you learn the art of pita making via a couple of methods. I’ve done both the wet and dry courses and each was unique. Small classes and a great place to learn with a truly amazing host, you receive great tuition and ongoing support.
Christine’s spanakopita class was amazing! I have been making spanakopita for many years but felt like my filo wasn’t up to par. Christine’s step by step instruction and patience made it so easy to advance my skills to the next level. I thoroughly recommend this class for beginners or seasoned pita makers. Your taste buds will sing and your family members will benefit for many years from your pita making skills!

This was so much more than just a cooking class. It was an inspirational journey of story-telling, learning about the origins of ingredients, nurturing a connection to my Greek heritage and topped off with the zen-like calm of rolling my first ever piece of fillo pastry. Thank you Christine!
