Kali Orexi’s Greek Yoghurt, Honey and Pistachio Recipe

Kali Orexi is bringing a little Grecian summer to you with our Yoghurt, Honey and Pistachio offering. Greek yoghurt with honey and nuts is a staple on everyone’s Greek holiday menu – in fact, KO’s version was inspired by a trip to Santorini a few years ago. This treat often has a heavy yoghurt base and is only topped with nuts and honey – so once you’ve eaten the top, you’re left with lots of plain yoghurt to eat through. KO’s version has layers of fresh pistachios, aromatic honey and thick, creamy Greek yoghurt making the eating experience perfect till the last mouthful or fingerful!

You will need…

For the yoghurt, honey and pistachios

  • Greek natural yoghurt
  • Honey
  • Pistachios
  • Use as much or as little as you like of each!


Making the yoghurt, honey and pistachios

  1. Sprinkle a small handful of pistachios into a glass cup or small bowl. Drizzle with honey. Add a large dollop of yoghurt or two. Add another layer of pistachios, honey and yoghurt. Finish with a final layer of pistachios and honey.

  2. Sit back, dream of Greece and enjoy!
