In-Person Baklava Class - Saturday 29 November 2025

Learn how to make award-winning baklava… and change your life forever!!!

In this class, in my home in Kew, Victoria, you will learn how to make an award winning, crispy-crunchy, roastie-toastie, nutty, spiced and not-too-sweet BAKLAVA!

At the end of the class you will enjoy some delicious Paspaliara for lunch and some baklava for dessert.

You will leave the class with a tray filled with 16 generously-sized baklava pieces; an e-copy of the very detailed Baklava recipe; and a heart filled with the joy of learning new skills and recipes!

Please read the following before purchasing a spot in my class:
– There are only 3 participants in the class
– The class runs for 3.5 hours from 10:00am to 1:30pm
– The cost of the class is $250
– Once you purchase your spot in the class, there are no refunds – you can transfer to a future class with a full week’s notice (by the end of the day on the previous Saturday) or you can offer your spot to a friend at any time
