In this class, in my home in Kew, Victoria, you will learn how to roll-your-own-fillo pastry with a plastri (Dry-Method) and make delicious Spanakopita (spinach pie) and how to hand-stretch fillo pastry (Wet-Method) and make sweet Tiropita (cheese pie).

You will make 3 Dry-Method Spanakopita logs and 2 Wet-Method Tiropita logs, which you will take home, ready to bake in a beautiful 42cm x 30cm aluminium rectangular pan.

At the conclusion of the class you will also get to enjoy some Spanakopita and Tiropita.

You will leave the class with your pita creations; e-copies of the Spanakopita and Tiropita recipes; your very own Greek rolling pin; and a heart filled with the joy of learning new skills!
