Would you like to learn how to make fillo pastry 2 ways… and change your life forever?!?

Then join me for a very special class, in my home in Kew, Victoria!

You will learn how to roll-your-own-fillo pastry with a plastri (Dry-Method) and make delicious Spanakopita (spinach pie) and how to hand-stretch fillo pastry (Wet-Method) and make sweet Tiropita (cheese pie).

You will make 3 Dry-Method Spanakopita logs and 2 Wet-Method Tiropita logs, which you will take home, ready to bake in a beautiful 42cm x 30cm aluminium rectangular pan.

At the conclusion of the class you will also get to enjoy some Spanakopita and Tiropita for lunch.

You will leave the class with your pita creations; e-copies of the Tiropita and Spanakopita recipes; your very own Greek rolling pin; and a heart filled with the joy of learning new skills!

– There are only 2 participants in each class, so you get lots of one-on-one coaching while you learn to make-your-own fillo
– The class runs for 4-4.5 hours from 10:00am to 2:00-2:30pm
– The cost of the class is $350
– Once you purchase your spot in the class, there are no refunds – you can transfer to a future class with a full week’s notice (by the end of the day on the previous Saturday) or you can offer your spot to a friend at any time
