Learn how to hand-stretch your own fillo using the “wet method”, make delicious Prasopita (leek pie) and Tiropita (cheese pie)… and change your life forever!!
In this class you will join me in my home, in Kew, Victoria, and I will patiently and precisely teach you how to hand-stretch your own fillo pastry. You will then get to practice, practice and practice.
You will go home with e-copies of the Prasopita and Tiropita recipes; 2 Prasopita logs and 2 Tiropita logs (ready to bake in a beautiful 42 x 30cm aluminium pan) and a heart filled with the joy of learning and mastering a new skill and connecting with beautiful people like you!
About the class –
We will start the class by clarifying butter, preparing our dough and then our 4 dough discs. While our dough discs rest, I will demonstrate how to prepare the prasopita and tiropita fillings. I will then demonstrate how to hand-stretch the fillo. Then it will be your turn to hand-stretch 4 sheets of fillo and make 2 Prasopita and 2 Tiropita logs.
You will then enjoy some freshly-baked prasopita and tiropita for lunch!

There are only 4 participants in each class, so that you can get lots of one-on-one coaching while you learn to stretch-your-own fillo.
Participants in the class must be 14 years of age or older.
The class runs for 2.5 hours from 10:30am to 1pm.
Once you purchase your spot in the class, there are no refunds. You can transfer to a future class with a full week’s notice (by the end of the day on the previous Sunday) or you can offer your spot to a friend at any time.
Please bring along an apron, lots of patience and a persevering spirit!
The cost of the class is $225.
BONUS: Once you take one of my fillo classes, you can then attend my free monthly Sunday Morning Fillo Club sessions. These are online events that I host on the first Sunday of each month from 9-11am AEST from February – November, for my former fillo students, so they can practise and refine their skills with my support. Each month I send out an email to all my students with the session details.
