Learn how to roll-your-own-fillo, make delicious Spanakopita (spinach pie) and Tiropita (cheese pie)… and change your life forever!!!
In this class you will join me in my home, in Kew, Victoria, and I will patiently and precisely teach you how to roll-your-own fillo. You will then get to practice, practice and practice.

There are only 4 participants in each class, so that you can get lots of one-on-one coaching while you learn to roll-your-own fillo!
Participants in the class must be 14 years of age or older.
The class runs for 4 hours from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Please bring along your COVID vaccination certificate, an apron, lots of patience and a persevering spirit!
We will start the class by preparing our fillo dough. While our dough rests for 1 – 2 hours, I will demonstrate how to prepare the fillo dusting mixture and Spanakopita and Tiropita fillings. You will follow along and prepare these too. Once these are ready, we will have a light brunch of freshly baked Spanakopita.
After brunch, I will demonstrate how to roll out fillo pastry and then everyone will begin making and practising fillo-rolling. Each participant will roll out 5 fillo sheets, and bring to life 3 beautiful Spanakopita coils and 2 Tiropita coils! Your coils will be placed in a large baking pan, covered with baking paper and foil, and you will take them home to bake that evening or put into your freezer immediately and bake another day.
You will then enjoy some tiropita at the conclusion of the class.
You will go home with an e-copy of the Spanakopita and Tiropita recipes; your very own Greek rolling pin; your 3 Spanakopita coils and 2 Tiropita coils (ready to bake in a beautiful 40cm aluminium round pan) and best of all… the skill to roll-your-own fillo!
The cost of the class is $240.
Once you purchase your spot in the class, there are no refunds. You can transfer to a future class with a full week’s notice (by the end of the day on the previous Sunday) or you can offer your spot to a friend at any time.

ALSO… Once you take one of my fillo classes, you can then attend my free monthly Sunday Morning Fillo Club sessions. These are online events I host on the first Sunday of each month from 9-11am AEST from February-November for my former fillo students, so they can practise and refine their skills with my support. Each month I send out an email to all of my students with the session details.
